Launched IG page and website setup, gained over 5,000 IG followers in 4 months

​

When I was working as an Account Manager in Digital Business Lab, I was the account lead for one of our key client - Shiseido (Headquarter in Japan). In 2022, Shiseido decided to launch a new hair care brand called "HAIR KITCHEN" starting from Japan, then to the global market in future years. We got the pitch from the competition, and I was the account manager for the project in DBL.

 

Not only managing the whole social media account(including strategy and content planning, content creation, account set up, campaign creation etc.), I also involved in video shooting in Japan(remotely due to the pandemic situation) as the role of overseeing the whole shooting and production process (Assist on both EN and JP script writing, shooting process supervising, and monitoring video editing process). I also need to report to client in weekly meetings.
