KPI achieved

• Over 4000 riders participate the fund raising bike cycling from Toronto to Niagara Fall​

• Double the amount of fund-raising compared to last year

In this program, my duty was arranging fleet vehicles to staffs and volunteers, and organising our "sweep" team to work in different routes to make sure the event run smoothly. I need to arrange schedule for runners, volunteers and "sweep" team to make sure we can materials delivered to different pitstops to support the riders.
